Teague

Teague is an anglicized form of Tadhg, an Irish male  meaning “poet” derived from Proto-Celtic *tazgos (poet, storyteller). Teague is also a surname derived from the given name, while Teagan is a diminutive of Tadhg meaning “little Teague”.
