Grigori

Grigori is a variant transcription of Grigoriy, the Russian form of Gregory which means “watchful, vigilant, alert”. It comes from Ancient Greek grḗgoros (watchful, alert) derived from a PIE root. Grigori also refers to a group of watcher angels.
