Rabia is an Arabic and Turkish female name which comes from two sources depending on the transliteration. The first is that it comes from Rabīʿa ربيعة meaning “spring” or Rāabiʿa رابعة meaning “fourth” from arbaʿa أَرْبَعَة (four).
