Aero

Aero is a Greenlandic female given name, an older form of Angerdlartoĸ, a Greenlandic unisex name meaning “the one returning back home” or “the person who has returned”. Aero also means “air” which comes from Ancient Greek aeros, the genitive singular form of āḗr (air; wind; mist). Aero is also a Latin word meaning “hamper, wicker basket”. Aero was also an epithet used for Merope (who was one of the Pleiades) possibly derived from  Greek element āḗr but I’m not sure.

Origin: Greenlandic, Proto-Indo-European
