Cattleya is the name of a genus of orchids named after English botanist William Cattley, Cattley being an English surname made up from Old English catt (cat) and lēah (woodland, clearing, meadow) essentially referring to a clearing or wood frequented by cats, or it could have been used as a locational name for someone who came from a town called Catley (which comes from the same source as above).
